In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products available on the md777 Platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and Keno. • md777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits md777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either the Player or md777 may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions.

• A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting md777 support at [email protected]. Any real-money Balance (net of outstanding Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
• md777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — if it determines that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if continued service is prohibited by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Upon termination by md777 for cause, any Bonus Funds held in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money funds remaining after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to md777 will be returned to the Player following resolution of any outstanding investigation.
• md777 reserves the right to suspend access to an Account pending the outcome of an investigation without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which md777 holds its international operating license.

• Any dispute between md777 and a Player that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body specified in md777's licensing framework.
• By registering an Account, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitral tribunals designated under md777's governing law for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through arbitration.
• Nothing in this clause shall prejudice md777's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

md777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to all amendments.

• Material amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or to address a security or fraud risk.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms & Conditions are amended. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
